Reminder of Claims and Compensation

 

Thank you for your trust and support in ShipNepal. There are still many issues with our service that need to be solved. We are constantly adjusting and improving ourselves. Considering the current situation of China-Nepal cross-border logistics, we would like to remind all members:

 

After the delivery of goods by ShipNepal, if you find missing items, lost items, damaged goods, or delivery delays, we will take it seriously, but we do not guarantee that we will partially or fully compensate. Whether to compensate and how much to compensate will be decided by ShipNepal team according to the process.  If you mind our approach, please stay away or temporarily stay away from ShipNepal to avoid disputes.
