Yes, certainly. You can apply for refund at Account Refund in ShipNepal member center through website. ShipNepal wil refund you within two working days to your remittance account. Please be kindly advised that there is a handling fee for balance refund, charging minimum RMB10 and maximum RMB100.
It depends on. Transportation modes and channels make differences in transit times. Generally speaking, it is normal for transit times 6-15 days for air transportation, 20-30 days for land transportation and 35-45 days for sea transportation from Guangzhou/Yiwu to Kathmandu doorstep delivery. You can check or consult ShipNepal in concrete terms. As for Buy4me orders, it takes generally 2-5 days from the time when you submit Buy4me order to the time when our warehouse receives your product. For your understanding, delay in transit times is NOT the evidence of claim for compensation for the time being.
It’s never too late to forecast your package or shipment. You can ask ShipNepal to forecast the packages in your name if you are not convenient. You can forecast even by way of claiming package at ShipNepal within two months of unknown arrivals.

ShipNepal warehouses can keep your goods for two months free of charge. Over 60 days storing in ShipNepal warehouse, we will charge RMB2 Yuan per kilo for every additional day. If your goods is stored over 6 months, ShipNepal will have the right to dispose of your goods without notice.
According to international practices, the chargeable weight (CW) is the larger one when comparing the actual weight (AW) with the volume weight (VW). All freights are charged according to the chargeable weight of the goods.

First weight means the minimum chargeable weight, that is, if the weight of a package is less than first weight, we will take first weight as chargeable weight. Additional weight means the weight above the first weight. ShipNepal first weight for air transportation is 1kg and its additional weight is taken as every 0.1kg, while for land transportation first weight 1kg and its additional weight every 0.5kg.
Taking pictures is most important when you receive your goods broken, lacking or mistakenly delivered. To be specific, when ShipNepal delivers your goods, you should: A. check the package to see whether it is intact, if not, take pictures and ask the deliveryman to deal with; B. contact ShipNepal and send pictures as evidence if the deliveryman cannot solve your problem. Be assured that ShipNepal will settle your claim timely according to the damage and insurance.
General goods refers to the goods with no counterfeiting, no electricity, no magnetic, no liquid, no powder, no fine particles, no cream, no food and the things like that. Special goods means aviation safety-related goods such as battery, cosmetics, battery-built-in goods, etc. Sensitive goods are counterfeits, copycats and abnormally declared goods.
In no way does ShipNepal accept and deal in sensitive goods. ShipNepal deals in special goods depending on the specific inquiry and the actual situation.
