1. On return of goods and exchange of goods
You can return/exchange the goods you ordered/sent before your goods being shipped out for Nepal when buying, forwarding or shipping at ShipNepal, but we don’t support any return/exchange of goods for the time being after your goods being shipped out of ShipNepal warehouse. The losses if any caused by inability to return/exchange the wrong goods should be resolved in other ways.
2. On additional proceeds when and after buying
Any additional proceeds generated from ShipNepal buy4me belong to ShipNepal.cn and will be used for its own domestic freight compensation and buy4me service fee, which are free to users/customers. These additional proceeds include membership discount, shopping festival reward, cash coupon, shop celebration rebate, consumption rebate, bulk purchase discounts and the like.
3. On item weight and chargeable weight
The warehousing weight of items will be the larger one comparing the actual gross weight (including the outside package weight) and the volume weight (cm*cm*cm/6000). When you apply for shipping, the chargeable weight will be the simple summation of the warehousing weight of items, although most of the outside packages of the items will be removed when we combine and consolidate your items, resulting in weight difference between the actual weight and our chargeable weight. The weight difference will not be taken as claim evidence (special cases excepted). As a matter of fact, we will pack your goods thoughtfully and professionally according to item property, transport suitability and customs requirements, and the packing material and handling fees which are free to customers are roughly enough to atone for seemingly extra charges occurred due to non-deducted weight of already removed item packages.
4. On claims and compensation
After the delivery of goods by ShipNepal, if you find missing items, lost items, damaged goods, or delivery delays, we will take it seriously, but we do not guarantee that we will partially or fully compensate. Whether to compensate and how much to compensate will be decided by ShipNepal team according to the process. If you mind our approach, please stay away or temporarily stay away from ShipNepal to avoid disputes.
5. On time limit for claim
You should make claims and provide relative evidence within 5 days after receiving your goods when you find your items shortage, broken or missing. We won’t accept any claims beyond 5 days after receiving for the time being.
6. On transit times and delay compensation
In no case should the extended transit times and delay be the evidence for claims or compensation. On the other hand, if the transit times is over two times of the expected transit times, we will refund you accordingly after you receive the goods.
Please take the rules above into your serious consideration. We will improve and better these rules unceasingly and let you know till further notice.

There are two kinds of payment methods: pay by ShipNepal account and pay online
1. Pay by your ShipNepal account balance
As a ShipNepal member, you have your own exclusive ShipNepal member account, to which you can add funds by AliPay,WeChatPay and bank transfer as well. With your account balance, you can pay all the payables and charges occurred at ShipNepal.
2. Pay online
AliPay and WechatPay are available for you to pay online.
For your attention and understanding, only RMB(CNY) is taken as pricing and payment currency, and all the ShipNepal business is based on prepayment instead of COD (cash on delivery).
You can use NPR or USD to add funds to your ShipNepal account by T/T bank transfer which will be shown/recorded in the currency of RMB exchanged according to the then exchange rate announced by ShipNepal. Taking USD bank transfer as an example, the process as follows:
① Choose USD as transfer currency, copy ShipNepal USD account at the page Add funds by T/T in your Member Home, shown as below:
② Apply for USD T/T remittance at your bank and fill in the beneficiary bank account information as above.
③ After T/T remittance, fill in the amount you remitted and attach the T/T bank receipt, and then submit, example as below (Bank receipt JPEG, JPG,PNG picture should be less than 2M )
④ Upon receipt of your T/T remittance, your ShipNepal account will record automatically your remittance in the currency of RMB (CNY), which is exchanged at the current rate specified by ShipNepal. You will receive an email notification once your remittance reaches your account, or you can check your account anytime.
① Awaiting payment The shopping order has been submitted and generated. You can cancel the order before making the payment. Your awaiting-payment order will be cancelled/deleted anytime if the order is not paid in 20 days.
② In review you have paid successfully and your order is waiting for ShipNepal buy4me specialist to check and purchase.
③ In progress Buy4me specialist has placed the order, waiting for the seller to send, deliver the item; waiting for the item being checked, weighed, stored in until being shipped out of the warehouse.
④ Invalid & refunded If the item you ordered is off shelf, out of stock, having price/quantity discrepancy, belonging to questionable seller, or goods prohibited by airfreight and the like, buy4me specialists will judge the order invalid, and the order payment will be refunded to your account automatically.
⑤ Cancelled Your order has been cancelled before payment
⑥ Buy4me Completed Once the items under the order are shipped out of the warehouse, the buy4me order is completed. You can then track your goods through Waybill Tracking.
① In review The item your ordered is waiting for ShipNepal specialist to check and purchase.
② Purchased Buy4me specialist has checked and placed the order for the item you ordered.
③ To be received(CN) The seller has sent the item you ordered, waiting for the item reaching to ShipNepal warehouse.
④ Item combined When several items you ordered belong to the same one seller, the seller will pack all these items in one package to send to ShipNepal warehouse. In such case, one of these items will be shown the package detail while other items will be shown as Item combined.
⑤ Received(CN) The item you ordered has arrived at ShipNepal warehouse, being checked, weighed and stored in the warehouse.
⑥ Shipped The item has been shipped out from the warehouse.
⑦ Invalid & refunded The item you ordered may be judged as invalid for the following reasons: off shelf, out of stock, having price/quantity discrepancy, questionable seller, or goods prohibited by airfreight and the like. The item payment will be refunded to your account automatically once item invalid.
① To be received(CN) Your package is sending to ShipNepal, waiting for delivery to the warehouse.
② Received(CN) Your package has arrived at ShipNepal warehouse, and has been weighed and stored in the warehouse, waiting for you to apply for shipping.
③ Applied You have applied for shipping, awaiting you to pay international freight costs.
④ To be paid You have applied for shipping, awaiting you to pay international freight costs.
⑤ Packing You have paid international freight costs, and your goods are in packing, awaiting to be shipped out from the warehouse.
⑥ Shipped Your goods has been shipped out from the warehouse, awaiting China customs clearance.
⑦ Arrived KTM Your goods has arrived in Kathmandu, awaiting Nepal customs clearance.
⑧ Delivered Your goods has delivered to you.
⑨ Received (NP) You have received your goods.
⑩ Under check Waybill in question, waiting for checking.
You can redeem your member points for all the fees charged at ShipNepal. 1 member point equals RMB1 Yuan. The more member points you get, the more rewards. You can earn your member points by way of
A. Registration. Once registered as ShipNepal member, you get 10 points.
B. Inviting your friends to register as ShipNepal member. Once your friend registered to be the member, you can get 10 points rewarding and your friend gets 10 points at the same time.
C. Consumption. You get 1 point for every RMB100 Yuan you paid at ShipNepal.
D. Special offer. You will get points through special offer provided by some ShipNepal activities/events.
ShipNepal account level is based on the total waybill payment amount in the last 180 days, according to which the system will adjust the account level anytime automatically and show the level on member home page. The prices, rates and quotes shown at ShipNepal are prices for general members, and the corresponding discounted prices are shown on the waybill payment page when making waybill payment.
